Strength and mobility training
I have always enjoyed running, boxing, mobility, Animal Flow and weight training, and I competed in my first sprint triathlon in 2022 after learning how to swim properly, so now have a new found love for swimming and cycling. I like to keep my own workouts varied with a main focus of moving well and having control and strength in my joints.
The majority of my sessions involve joint-specific strength and mobility training, utilising methods (backed by scientific research) from the functional range conditioning principles.
I work with clients, making sure they train safely within their bodies capabilities; helping them to move better, without pain, and feel stronger and fitter.
